At Capybara Coffee, we know how important that first sip is—and we do everything we can to make sure your coffee reaches you quickly, safely, and with minimal impact on the planet. Whether you’re ordering a one-off treat or stocking up on your favourite brew, here’s everything you need to know about how we pack and ship your orders.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to you, feel free to get in touch at info@capybaracoffee.shop.
Shipping Costs
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery is £3.95, free for orders under £40
EU Delivery
Standard Delivery is £7.95, free for orders under £50
International
Standard Delivery is £9.95, free for orders under £60
All shipping prices are shown in GBP (£). If you’re ordering internationally, your card provider may apply currency conversion fees.
Delivery Timeframes
UK Orders:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.
International Orders:
Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for rural addresses.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships—including a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from our HQ to your doorstep. If your tracking info doesn’t update within a few days, let us know and we’ll look into it for you.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, your package may be subject to local customs charges, duties, or taxes. These are set by your country’s government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Capybara Coffee is not liable for any additional fees incurred.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, your delivery provider will usually leave a card with instructions to either collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. Please follow the guidance they provide to avoid delays.
