We’re a UK-based small-batch coffee company with a big heart. We source ethical, sustainable coffee and tea from around the world, support small roasters, and pack everything using recycled and eco-conscious materials. Oh, and we’ve got a cute mascot named Capy.
Yes! Every product we sell is sourced directly from ethical, independent roasters and suppliers who align with our values. We only work with partners who prioritise fair pay, sustainable farming, and transparency across the supply chain.
Yep! Most of our coffee options come in both whole bean and freshly ground formats. Just choose your grind style when adding to cart—whether it’s for espresso, French press, AeroPress, or filter brewers, we’ve got you covered.
Absolutely! Our ethically sourced teas are just as flavourful and carefully curated as our coffee selection. From classic brews to herbal blends, we’ve got something for every mood.
Yes! It’s called your Brew List—a cosy little corner of the site where you can save your future favourites, plan gift ideas, or stash those “maybe later” items you’re not quite ready to commit to. You can access your Brew List through your Coffee Account.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your doorstep.
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna. All transactions are secure and encrypted—your data stays safe with us.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at info@capybaracoffee.shop and we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s on the way, we can’t make changes, but we’ll always do what we can to find a solution.
Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please send us an email with your order number and a couple of clear photos of the damage. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Yes! You can return most non-perishable items (like mugs, brewing gear, etc.) within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. Perishable items (like coffee or tea) are non-returnable unless something’s gone wrong—like damage or a mistake in your order.

Once we receive your return and give it a quick once-over, we’ll issue your refund within 5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and we’ll send you an email confirmation when it’s done.
