All prices are listed in GBP (£), and payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards and PayPal. International customers are billed in GBP, and your card provider may charge a currency conversion fee.

Cancelling Orders
UK and EU customers may cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To cancel, please email us at info@capybaracoffee.shop with your order number and reason. Items must be returned in unused, original condition within 28 days of cancellation. You will be refunded the full item cost; delivery fees are refundable only if the full order is returned.
Please keep proof of postage when returning items.
Returns & Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return address:

Delivery Information
We pack and ship all orders with care, using discreet, recyclable packaging. Delivery times and charges depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
If no one is available to receive your delivery, you may need to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
Capybara Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or other external factors. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been delivered.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery where possible. Customs, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Your parcel may be subject to local inspection and fees. We cannot be held liable for delays or charges due to local laws and customs.
