Absolutely. We only work with trusted roasters and suppliers who share our values—fair pay, ethical farming, and sustainable practices. Every cup supports small producers and responsible sourcing.

Many of our coffees and teas are organically grown or produced using natural farming methods, even if not always certified. Look for “organic” in the product description—we’re transparent about what’s what.

Our coffee is roasted in small batches, often to order, and shipped fresh. We include a roast date on every bag so you know exactly when it was roasted. For the best taste, enjoy within 4–6 weeks of roasting.

Keep your coffee in a cool, dark place, ideally in an airtight container. Avoid fridges or freezers—they can introduce moisture. Our resealable bags are great for short-term storage.

Yes! Most of our coffees are available as whole beans or pre-ground. You can select your preferred grind (e.g., espresso, French press, filter) on the product page before adding to cart.

We offer both! Each product description will tell you whether it’s loose leaf or bagged. Our tea bags are biodegradable and plastic-free, because sustainability matters.

Yes, we do! Our decaf coffees are either Swiss Water Processed or CO2 decaffeinated—meaning no nasty chemicals, just smooth flavour without the buzz.
